Erin Smith

I was born and raised in Ocean Springs, Mississippi, but started calling Starkville my home when I attended Mississippi State University. I met my husband, Allan, who was an offensive lineman for the MSU football team as well as a lifelong resident of Starkville. After getting my degree in Physical Therapy and working around the country as a traveling Physical Therapist, life came full circle as Allan and I were married in the Chapel of Memories on Campus and later had two amazing sons, Major (16) & Knox (12). We now live in Starkville and enjoy serving in our church and volunteering with several wonderful charities and non-profits in the Golden Triangle area! I have also enjoyed practicing as a physical therapist for children with special needs at the TK Martin Center.

As much as I enjoy practicing Physical Therapy, I also have a strong passion for the Real Estate business. I discovered I had this passion for Real Estate while working alongside my husband with his Residential Construction business. From being involved in the construction process, buying and selling, interior design, renovation planning - including those requiring ADA compliance, to owner financing and managing of rental and Airbnb properties, I’ve learned so much about the business. All of these experiences inspired me to get my Real Estate license.

I am so thankful for the opportunity to work as a licensed Realtor with Overstreet Properties and I’m excited to share the knowledge I’ve gained with my clients and hope to help them achieve their real estate goals - right here in Starkville! I love that I am able to call Starkville my home and I would love to help you find your “home” here too!
